Magratr 1.05 not working for me

I just downloaded the Migratr tool 7/8/2010 and it indicates v1.05. When I get to step 3 it indicates that I am authenticated (Phanfare), and to click Import! button to grab photo's. When I click the import button, it requests a folder. I choose to create a new folder, I then select this folder and click the ok button. After a few seconds, it starts to show files in my picture library (Windows7 64bit) on my hard drive (WTF???). It appears to zip through all the folders in my pictures library, and then says that it is done. When I look in the folder, I see a pending.txt file of 0KB, and a photodata.xml file that contains links to photo's in my pictures library on my local hard disk. Is it not suppose to be going to Phanfare to get the photos and album information???

So, then I click "continue to exporting" as I figure, maybe it is smart enough to see that the photos on the phanfare also exist in my pictures library on my hard disk (that would be a cool feature). Step 4, I choose SmugMug and authenticate, enter credentials, step 5 finish authenticate. Now on step 6, I click choose folder (not sure why it ask that since I selected this in Step 3. When I select the folder where I imported to, it says crashes with "pending.txt" the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. I guess Step 3 still has the file open? So, I close the app, and relaunch, go to step 4/5 authenticate again, step 6, choose folder, and it shows all the folders to right with all checked. I then click "start export" button. Looks like it is zipping through all the photos from my pictures library. Now I have 13GB of photos and videos, so I am not sure how it is zipping through this fast. I wish I had that fast of a connection. After a few more minutes it indicates that all is done. I now log into my SmugMug account and I see that it created all the galleries out there that it picked up from the Phanfare, but all galleries show as empty. Not surprising since it would take a lot longer then a few minutes to upload 13GB of files.

Can you please explain exactly how the tool works, like why it looked at my hard drive for the photos, and why it appears to have skipped uploading any of the files?

Solved my problem! Went to http://www.smugglr.net/ and downloaded this tool, which worked perfectly.
