Flickr timeouts - Resume

So, I have something on the order of 13,000 images on Flickr Pro that I want to download. Using Migratr, I get to about 2,000 or so before inevitably, Flickr's API goes down for a bit, at which point Migratr stops (errors out with a Timeout error or an error that says Flickr's API is temporarily down).

There appears no way to resume Migratr starting at a particular image number.

Any suggestions for how to deal with this? Maybe a config file?
